No. Consideration times help competitions manage entries and help swimmers understand likely targets, but they do not guarantee acceptance.

Is this only for county-level swimmers?

No. It is useful whenever a parent wants a clearer view of swimming times, progress and what target might come next.

Yes. Android testing is live now, and the iPhone app is in App Store review. iPhone users can join the waitlist for an availability update.
